SSI Recreational Sidemount Diving
20,500 Baht
The SSI Recreational Sidemount Diving course gives you the opportunity to try scuba diving with two tanks on either side instead of having just one tank on your back. Having an air tank on the side of the fuselage gives divers easier handling of equipment and access to the valves when on the side. There is a larger volume of air tanks and it helps reduce back injuries. This technique comes from the technical cave and wreck diving world, but has been gaining popularity with recreational divers more and more.
You will learn everything about the background, history, benefits, and equipment of sidemount diving. In practice, you will learn how to configure your equipment and manage it in the water, recognizing that buoyancy and movement bring you a new diving experience.
After you pass the SSI Recreational Sidemount Diving course, you’ll know the benefits of diving and having a diving tank on the side of your body. How useful and convenient is it? Compared to classic diving equipment
Who can take this course?
